Git From First Principles -- it is just a content-addressable filesystem
Two hours. We rebuild Git from scratch: blobs, trees, commits, refs. By the end you will stop being scared of rebase and merge and know what a detached HEAD actually is.
Fighter's Foundation -- 6 weeks for teens 12-17
Twelve sessions over six weeks. Stance, jab, cross, hook, footwork, defense. Community price to keep it accessible. Parents meet me first.
Original ice axe -- my 1978 K2 climb
Not for sale. On loan for museum display, school talks, or serious climbers who want to hold the piece. Free. Treat it like your first child.
Free "Is this for you?" session + gum shield -- first 20 kids
One hour free. I'll teach you the basics and give you a gum shield to keep. For kids 12-17 from Enna and nearby. Text me through La Piazza.
One-day Dolomites guiding -- for the serious
I am 80 and still going. If you can walk 8 hours and carry 10 kilos, I can walk with you one day in the Dolomites. Not a beginner route. Ask first.

5 liters from my family trees, first cold press, October 2024. EUR 35 for 5L. You can smell the leaves in it. Bring your bottle or add EUR 2.
Sourdough starter + weekly baking coaching
Healthy starter from 2024. I will come help you with your first 3 loaves if you teach me something I do not know (photography? a language? carpentry?).
Website Accessibility Audit (WCAG 2.1 Compliance)
I break websites for a living. Give me your URL, I'll give you a 40-page report on every accessibility violation, with screenshots, severity ratings, and fix suggestions. Screen reader tested, keyboard-only tested, color contrast tested. If your site passes on the first try, I'll refund you -- but nobody passes on the first try.
Camping Gear Bundle -- MAX Essentials Kit
Everything you need for off-grid Sicilian living: 2-burner stove, pots, sleeping bag (rated to 5C), headlamp, first aid kit, and a Swiss army knife that's seen more countries than most passports. The sleeping bag smells like freedom and slightly like diesel.
Natural Selection Workshop -- Evolution in Action
Hands-on with specimens. Variation within species, selection pressure, adaptation. The fittest does not mean strongest -- it means best adapted. We examine bird beaks, shell shapes, and seed dispersal.
Tabletop Printing Press (Working Replica)
Working replica of a 15th-century screw press, scaled to tabletop size. Wooden frame, iron screw, leather ink balls. Comes with a starter set of lead type (Textura blackletter) and oil-based ink. Print your own pages. The same mechanism that ended the Dark Ages, now in your kitchen.
Self-Education Mentoring -- The Bookbinder Path
One-on-one mentoring for anyone without a formal science education who wants to learn. I had no degree, no university, no connections. I had a library and a willingness to work harder than anyone in the room. I will help you build a self-study plan and find your Humphry Davy -- the person who opens the first door.
