Full-weight cruciform longsword and heater shield. The longsword is 40 inches of straight double-edged steel, designed for mounted and foot combat. The heater shield replaced the kite shield -- lighter, better for mounted lance work. I will teach you the cross-guard parry that saved my life at Jaffa.
Impi Formation Drill -- Bull Horn Tactics
Group training (12-20 people). The bull horn formation: the chest pins the enemy, the left and right horns encircle. The loins wait in reserve facing away so they do not grow anxious. Commands by runner. We drill barefoot -- I threw away my warriors' sandals. Tip: A warrior who cannot run 50 miles cannot fight.
Mounted Archery Training -- Shoot From the Saddle
Mongol children ride at three, shoot at five. Mounted archery at walk, trot, and canter. Composite recurve, thumb draw, the Parthian shot. Tip: Do not aim. Become the arrow. Your body knows the trajectory.
Stunt Safety & Fall Training Workshop
Before you can do a stunt, you need to know how to fall. We cover breakfalls, rolls, wall hits, and stair tumbles on mats. I've broken nearly every bone in my body -- YOU don't have to. Safety isn't about being careful. It's about being PREPARED. We drill until the landing is automatic.
Bokken Set (Oak Practice Swords, Pair)
Two red oak bokken -- standard katana length. These are the training weapons I used before every Kurosawa film. They teach you distance, timing, and respect for the blade. Tip: If you're gripping too tight, you're already losing.

One-on-one combat training with wooden practice weapons. Gladius technique, shield work, footwork, reading your opponent. Tip: Never attack first. Let them commit, then make them pay for it. We train until your body remembers what your mind forgets under pressure.
Action Film Preparation Workshop -- Body as Weapon
For The Matrix, I trained four months. For John Wick, six months. I teach you the actor's approach to combat training: not to fight, but to look like you've been fighting your whole life. Jiu-jitsu, judo throws, gun handling, and the physical stamina to do take after take. Tip: Train until the movement disappears and only the character remains.
